The Classic Blue Bird House's crisp white color will be an eye-catcher wherever you install it. The metal predator guard prevents woodpeckers or squirrels from chewing the hole to make it large enough for them to use as a nest box. The opening is sized for Eastern Bluebirds at 1 ½”. It may attract other desirable birds such as wrens, titmice, and chickadees. Clean out is easy by removing the 2 roof screws and lifting off the roof. Dump out the old nest and reattach and you are all set for the next nesting activity.

The birdhouse is constructed entirely of maintenance-free PVC. The roof has been recently upgraded and is now made entirely of PVC with metal accents covering the hip joints. Easy installation, as the permanent mounting collar receives a true 4”x4” post.
