The Castle Martin House is specifically designed to accommodate Purple Martins, following the specifications of PurpleMartin.Org. Resting on an 18" base, it features 4 downstairs apartments and 4 upstairs apartments. Each opening measures 2" and is positioned 1" above the landing platform. The second-floor openings also have a Juliet balcony to discourage conflicts between neighboring birds.

Constructed entirely of PVC, this birdhouse requires minimal maintenance, even the removable interior walls are made of PVC. The roof is also made of PVC with metal accents covering the hip joints. This birdhouse will provide ample bird-watching opportunities and is a great addition to your landscaping, weighing about 30 pounds in total.
