The Jasmine Bird House features a bungalow-style roof and wainscoted walls. Inside, there are two nesting apartments sized for bluebirds, wrens, titmice, and chickadees. Made entirely of PVC for years of maintenance-free birding, the house is built on a 10.5" platform and stands almost 20” tall. The Jasmine House is a smaller version of the popular Carriage House. Cleaning out is a breeze: unscrew the two roof screws to lift off the roof and remove the nest easily.
The roof has recently been upgraded and is now made entirely of PVC, with metal accents covering the hip joints. Installation is simple, as the permanent mounting collar fits a true 4”x4” post.
