The Magnolia House is a refined and tasteful example of classic gazebo-style architecture. Classic wainscoting adds the finishing touch. Six nesting apartments are protected by metal predator guards. The roof lifts off by backing out the two roof screws, and the interior walls can be removed for easy cleaning. Reinstalling the walls and reattaching the roof makes cleaning out just as easy.
The roof has recently been upgraded and is now made entirely of PVC, with metal accents covering the hip joints. Installation is simple, as the permanent mounting collar receives a true 4”x4” post.
