The majestic Purple Martin Manse combines classic elegance with functional design, introducing a new concept in Purple Martin houses. Each apartment measures a minimum of 6"x6"x6", meeting PurpleMartin.org specifications. The first-floor openings sit 1" above the surrounding porch, while the second and third floors feature a "Juliet" balcony positioned 1" below them. Predator guards encircle the 2" openings. 

Constructed entirely of PVC, this house is built to withstand the elements. The roof easily lifts off for cleaning, and first and second-floor apartments also lift out for straightforward maintenance. The roof has recently been upgraded to PVC, enhancing durability. Installation is simple, with the permanent mounting collar accommodating a true 4”x4” post.
